phone line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well by fax and email.

For technical assistance, the best means of
non-urgent support is to send email to Technical Services

of your matter. If including printouts, please send in FINE mode.
We would prefer that you e-mail any spool files to us.
Faxes will be received during normal working hours only. For
after-hours service, please use phone support.
If your fax is source code, a trace, or a dump, we
would greatly prefer that you e-mail it, if possible.

phone directly, leave a detailed description of your matter with the operator, and
indicate the urgency. Always include your DIRECT return phone

A member of Technical Services will be paged immediately upon
your completion of the message. If you do not receive a call back

the Technical Services Manager, referring to the original message.
