Curbstone provides technical support to eligible clients over a toll-free phone line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well by fax and email.

- EMAIL  For technical assistance, the best means of non-urgent support is to send email to Technical Services directly at:

support@curbstone.com


- FAX  Send a fax to 770-737-3046 with full details of your matter. If including printouts, please send in FINE mode. We would prefer that you e-mail any spool files to us.
Faxes will be received during normal working hours only. For after-hours service, please use phone support.

If your fax is source code, a trace, or a dump, we would greatly prefer that you e-mail it, if possible.

Always include your DIRECT return phone number or after-hours access method in your message. A member of Technical Services will be paged immediately upon your completion of the message. If you do not receive a call back within 30 minutes, phone 888-844-8533 and leave a message for the Technical Services Manager, referring to the original message.
